Perilaku Berkendara Aman Pada Pengemudi Truk Tangki di Industri Minyak dan Gas: Sebuah Tinjauan Pustaka

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan, termasuk industri perminyakan. Transportasi menggunakan truk tangki di semua tahapan, mulai dari eksplorasi dan produksi hingga penyulingan dan distribusi, memperburuk masalah keselamatan. Perilaku berkendara aman menjadi penting untuk membantu mencegah kecelakaan yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian pengemudi. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan terkait perilaku berkendara aman di kalangan pengemudi truk di industri minyak dan gas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka (literature review). Data dikumpulkan dari studi kuantitatif potong lintang (cross-sectional) dari Google Scholar. Hasil sintesis memperoleh 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Karakteristik individu (pendidikan, status perkawinan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan penggunaan zat tembakau) berkontribusi terhadap perilaku berkendara aman. Faktor pengemudi (performa berkendara, pelanggaran, dan kesalahan berkendara) turut memengaruhi perilaku berkendara aman. Kondisi lingkungan (jam perjalanan, jam kerja lebih panjang, dan kondisi rute) juga berkontribusi. Kondisi truk (kondisi kendaraan dan usia truk) menjadi faktor lainnya. Studi kami berkontribusi pada pemahaman bahwa perilaku berkendara aman bagi pengemudi truk terutama di sektor minyak dan gas dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia atau pengemudi, faktor lingkungan, kondisi kendaraan, dan kebijakan. Penguatan program pelatihan berkendara aman, pengaturan jam kerja untuk mencegah kelelahan, serta peningkatan kepatuhan pengemudi merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara.
